President Putin agrees with my Doctrine of Dominance

PRESIDENT PUTIN AGREES WITH MY DOCTRINE OF DOMINANCE


A news item appeared in India’s national newspaper The Hindu, dated 22 July 2004, page 15, columns 1&2. and reported by Vladimir Radyuhin is reproduced below:

“ The Russian President, Vladimir Putin, has called for a more assertive policy towards
the former Soviet states to strengthen Moscow’s leadership in the region.”

“We have come to a crossroads: either we significantly consolidate the CIS and turn it into a working and influential regional structure or we face a gradual disintegration of this geopolitical area ” Mr Putin said at a meeting of the National Security Council.

While admitting that Russia has no monopoly on relations with the Commonwealth of Independent States ( CIS ), he reiterated Moscow’s dominant role in the 12 member post-Soviet alliance.

“ Russia was and still is the locomotive of integration processes in the CIS” Putin said.

IT goes without saying that Mr.putin, who has been eulogised as ' THE BUTCHER ' in the comity of nations , is not in a condition to defecate his country of the anethema of terrorism , factionalism , yellow-journalism , hooliganism unless and untill he find a viable and an effective solution to the virulent issue of Chechnya which has been lying is shambles since many decades.According to the prognostication of futurologists, the issue of Chechnya is very sensitive and thought-provoking and ,therefore,it should be takled gingerly. But Mr.Putin is, at present, has shown parochialism and obduracy towards this malignant issue owing to which the destiny of the Russians is at stake.According to the contemporary coducive environment hovering in the world, all political hogs+dignitaries have consensused that Mr.Putin + his tyrannical cops should arrange parleys with the down-trodden and persecuted Muslims of Chehnya so that they may be able to reinforce thier political poistion the world over and to frame such policies as can prove beneficial for the coomon masses.
