Oh, I'm sure this will be a long debate. But as for my personal opinion, I think that the United States has the strongest army. Russia's is slowly deteriorating (due to lack of money) and China's is catching up but not quite there yet.

I don't really know too much about current militaries of other countries, so I'll leave it at my uninformed opinion of Russia's/China's/Us's armies.

You don't really buy that theroy about Russia, do you? Don't confuse the advertised inability of Russia to equip it's troops with modern tech with reality. Russia has always been a deep well for new ideas, and you can bet that Russia has it's own version of the US Skunkworks in full operation. It's one thing to embrace your country with nationalistic zeal, but don't close your eyes to the truth about Russia.

By the way, Russia isn't spinning it's wheels trying to fix the AK, as the AK was never broken to begin with.
