Welcome to Vladimir Putin, President of Russia, to my
tech-city of Bangalore, in southern India. on December 3/4,2004.
I visited and stayed in his city of Moscow in 1974 and in
Kharkhiv in Jan 1975.
Now he can see the tremendous progress we have made in India in technology, industry, education etc.,
But he should not miss to notice the full (excessive) freedom we, as Indians, enjoy in expression, politics, religion,equality in getting opportunity for making money.
I would be glad to meet him in my city.
