Velu Junior Member Registered: Feb 2004 Posts: 14 PRESIDENT PUTIN AGREES WITH MY DOCTRINE OF DOMINANCE A news item appeared in India’s national newspaper The Hindu, dated 22 July 2004, page 15, columns 1&2. and reported by Vladimir Radyuhin is reproduced below: “ The Russian President, Vladimir Putin, has called for a more assertive policy towards the former Soviet states to strengthen Moscow’s leadership in the region.” “We have come to a crossroads: either we significantly consolidate the CIS and turn it into a working and influential regional structure or we face a gradual disintegration of this geopolitical area ” Mr Putin said at a meeting of the National Security Council. While admitting that Russia has no monopoly on relations with the Commonwealth of Independent States ( CIS ), he reiterated Moscow’s dominant role in the 12 member post-Soviet alliance. “ Russia was and still is the locomotive of integration processes in the CIS” Putin said. END OF NEWSPAPER REPORT Now refer to my thread, titled “ An open letter to President Vladimir Putin ” posted in the History section of Discussion board Dt.04 May 2004 on the website, “ http://www.russia.com” Mark the words Crossroads, engine that drives, and the historical right and necessity of Russia to take a dominant role in the region and in the world. I am glad Putin agrees with me and intends to act according to my Doctrine of Dominance. I would like to know what the Russians think S.T.Velu E-mail: sstvelu@yahoo.com 23rd July 2004 18:29 IP: Logged Balamut Senior Member Registered: Apr 2003 Posts: 1101 Well, what Putin said is natural. 23rd July 2004 19:53 IP: Logged All times are Moscow Local Time (GMT+3) Forum Jump: Please select one: Category: Guest Book--------------------Guest BookCategory: Open Board--------------------Open BoardScienceCategory: Society--------------------Russian PoliticsBusinessCurrent EventsCategory: Culture--------------------HistoryFood & DrinkLanguageLiterature & FilmMusic & ArtReligionSchool ProjectsSportsCategory: Personals--------------------PersonalsGenealogyE-PalsCategory: Gay and Lesbian Community--------------------GLBT Pen PalsIn the NewsCategory: Human Rights--------------------Human Rights in RussiaInternational Human RightsCategory: Travel & Tourism--------------------TravelMovingCategory: Suggestions--------------------Feedback and Suggestions < Last Thread Next Thread > Forum Rules: Who Can Read The Forum? December 1974.
I was staying as a guest at the Intourist Hotel at Kharkhiv, Ukraine. (You can check the records.) (I am an Indian citizen, a graduate engineer, resident of the city of Bangalore in Southern India.) I was at my table reserved for India at the week-end dinner, alone. Drinking Stolychnoya and eating some quality Beluga caviar. Waiting for my special dinner of Cantonese roasted duck and raghu. Suddenly a Russian couple came to my table and asked me point blank, " If Russia is attacked, will India come to her assistance?" Without hesitation, I answered," KONEYCHNA" (certainly). They went away with a smile. Those were the times when USSR and India had signed a military pact of mutual help in case of a third country attack. Then came a Jewish woman and wanted to know what I thought of President Richard Nixon of USA. I told her that he cannot be trusted. She was not any friendly, and went away frowning at me. After 30 years, I am glad that such sharp polarisation of global power is diminished now. At least the state powers pretend to be so. But one thing I am certain, that is, the respect commanded by the erstwhile USSR, is simply not there now among nations. Russia is considered as a feeble, incompetant, week, nation. Can it become a super power, as the USSR was in 1974 ? Only the Russians can answer. Or are they happy to be left alone with their STOLYCHNOYA ? I would like to know. |

ha ha...after viewing couple of threads here I do not think Russia-India-China alliance would be very reasonable as it is very clear that Russians do not like Indians and Chinese racially. Good luck with this "mythical" alliance that you all are putting together. Russia will be a third world for a while or until the people's attitude changes enough for cooperation between countries take place again. Brahmos and PAK-FA are the only two exceptions but building airplanes together doesn't make one a superpower
![]() India, China will go a head and advance. Thats what the computer projection says; numbers never lie. |

viagra?
I know that Putin and Bush have a good relationship but dont you think they are getting too close? Dosnt Putin realise that you should never get to close to andther male isnt there alot of male tention there like a territorrial thing? Okey so they are always together I know there has to be a alliance going on between them some how.All the super power and big goy talks Im sure they have made a peaceful solution to the cold war where russia tries to win back communism for their cold country and plays the genoside videos and the USA proves communism is bad because the men there are openly gay and think there is nothing wrong with world leaders taking long vacations to Isreal. But it is true and it makes you wonder what did Bush do to Putin or Putin do to Bush? Sometimes do you ever wonder if it would be funny if they were normal mortal men and they would run off and do LSD together or if some hippie kid laced all the presidents coffee with exstacy or LSD drugs it is quite possible and could explain the by partison behavior.Putin is married to a blond lady alot of russian girls are blonds even PUTIN is blond.I wonder how you maybe but justice always counts justice is the winner.Extacy if you do that youll do anyone. If you take to much you could go crazy and if its your first time make sure yuou do it with someone you love.Anyways for some reason I know that they are not on Drugs they could be sober.
