democratic freedom

If anyone wants to see and experience what democratic freedom is, they should come to India, stay, see and watch at first hand the incredible amount of freedom we have in bashing up the govt.,It is really free for all..Religious freedom, vocal freedom, freedom of the press etc.,.
Sometimes it is difficult for us to judge who is telling the truth and who is goofing.
Regards
Velu

I don't know if those pronazi Latvian and Estonian squads comminted any atrocities on civilians like Lithuanians and Ukrainians did but generally they fought with the soviet agression,so if they didn't commit any crimes they have nothing to apologize for.

Russia at large need not apologize to the Baltics and Poland on that very same premise.

yeah, you're right! Russia should apologize..Russians.In the end Stalin murdered 40 mln human beings including only 1 mln Poles.oh,maybe Georgia should apologize Russians for Stalin and Poland for Derzhynski?!
We don't want Russia to apologize us.Yeltsin alreade did it for Katyn.we want Russia to recognize execution of 22,000 Polish officers, officials and intelligentsia representants as genocide.it doesn't include 2 mln deported in 1939-41 to Siberian concentration camps and Kazakhstan which could probably be qualified as genocide, too.
but I understand why you Russians don't want to do it.It would be humiliating to apologize for 22,000 foreigners without condemnation of killing those millions Russians,Ukrainians...

Thge USSR was an equal opportunity oppressor involving many non-Russians. Poles, Balts and Hungarians lived better under Communism than Russians.

I dont even hope that Russia will apologize. But I hope thet Russia will admit all the crimes that he made in Baltic states and other countrys wich he occupied after 2. WW. As I told in one of my post this will be enough for most of Estonians. Cannot say this about other Baltic states. And I see no problem that Russian goverment apologizes russians. Thats could be nice - sucsessor of one of most bloodiest countrys in the world admits its deeds. For me it shows (if it happens) that our eastern neighbour can change.

yeah, yeah.you don't have to tell me about it.in Poland each minority has better than its owners.
problem is that Russia is a intl law inheritor of USSR so it's responsible for USSR deeds.
