A cheap shot perhaps (then again, you welcomed trash talking), but you didn't mention that someone from western Ukraine is more likely to become a neo-Nazi extremist and do things like support Chechen separatists and encourage extremism on the part of Tatars in Crimea. Such people usually don't have a good job, let alone a good education.
