Russia should give UP privileges minorities enjoy. There're too many of them, inherited from communist times. "Equality for everyone, no preferences" - that should be motto of our national policy.

Equality for everyone is a very good motto. Most minorities in Russia have their schools and their culture life inherited from Soviet time, most of them have no other Motherland. Russia is their only native country, a multi-national country. NOW there's no reason to deport anybody if ther is no hostility coming from these people.

maybe Russians from Estonia,Lithuania and Latvia should be deported,too? Baltics probably would be very happy.

Unfortunately, Poles are a HOSTILE minority in Russia, minorities do not belong in a country where they are hostile toward the majority ethnicity, if they, let's say became loyal like the Chauvash population that would be fine. I doubt it would happen that way however.

The Baltics however are a different story, it's not the Russians that are the hostile minority, but the Baltic peoples who are. Celebrating SS Nazi murderers while not even giving WWII Soviet veterans proper pensions or recognition. Even Russians cannot use their own language due to the Nazi baltics. So yeah, deport them, back to Russia, where at least they have basic rights.

PS. The Russian population in tha Baltics are around 50% there.

No surprise Baltics worship nazis.for them it was much better than Soviet occupation.in 1941 hitler liberated them from Russians.east europeans preferred in 1939 and 1941 nazi occupation than Russian.only Jews preferred commies.Belarussians and Ukrainians greeted Werhmacht with flowers in 1941.if hitler treated them as allies USSR would surely fall down.but he was cruel to them,so in 1944 they greeted Red Army with flowers.
Polish is no hostile minority,it's rather russified but in any other case it would be politically exploited by Polish authorities as it takes place in Belarus now.

Maybe it was much better for them. But if Hitler had won neither Balts nor slaves existed now.

yeah,but in Baltic states Nazi didn't commit such crimes as in Poland or USSR.Then noone knew about hitler plans or holocaust so Hitler was perceived as an ordinary conqueror like Napoleon.
