no reason.it's just that Russians should understand that Baltics have the right to expect apologies.Red Army came ,NKVD falisfied elections using terror and Baltica was icorporated to USSR for over 50 years against its will.USRR and Russia is the same according to international law.

Well, why not look 20 years earlier?
Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia were torn away during the civil war when Russia was weak. They never were independent states before (except Lithuania). When Russia became strong again it returned its own territory. Nothing else.
Nevertheless, if somebody is speaking about compensations, I'll remind you that in this case Lithuania will have to lose its capital Vilnus. Vilnus was joined only to Soviet Lithuania by Soviet power.
Why do you forget it?
Further, I disagree with you about conquering. For Russians any exterior invasion is a reason to struggle. I think it must be so for anybody.

Latvia and Estonia are as Russian as Kiev or Smolensk is Polish.in 1919 they got independence after centuries of Russian tyranny.they are free nation so they have the right to be independent from Russia as any other nationality has including Chechens and Kalmuks.

So, why shouldn't Poland give independence to each of its native cities? That's the same.

in contrary to Russia there are no other host nationalities in Poland than Polish.Germans,Belarussians,Ukrainians are only guests in Poland and they use all rights they can get therefore we don't have to give anybody else autonomy or independence in our ethnographic territory.this is the only thing that we owe to Russia.comrade Stalin did a lot of horrible things to us but at least he made one ethnic Poland in prehistoric borders so we don't have any problems like Russia or Ukraine have with stranger nation land like Chechnya and Crimea.

Today is July 15 - we remember victory of Grunwald

Knights of Smolensk (legions of Smolensk) supported Poles and Lithuanians in their tremendous military effort against the Teutonic Knights and today, on July 15, we have another anniversary of brilliant military Slavic victory over the Teutons (it began on beautiful summer day July 15 1410 at 3 p.m. in Grunwald).
Only 5 years left to impressive 600 aniversary of Slavic-Baltic glory!

Well, nobody denies you are a mono-national country, and we are a multi-national country. What's of it? Why to think out artificial problems?
