Well if russia has stuck to there end of the bargain in the START III treaty then they should have no more nukes then america the agreement in that treaty was that both countries keep a 75% reduced stockpile of nuclear warheads.

that was to be completed by the end of 2007 and there was very stringent inspections in america and russia. even if that has gone out the window i doubt russia has 10 times the number that would mean that they have atleast 20,000 nuclear warheads. and for the end of 2007 they had reduced that to 2200 in america and russia. so your prediction there is about as far out as saying china has the naval capacity to invade and supply a force for on the other side of the world atm it is not possible but in future who knows china will be a super power in future. there relation with russia wont last super powers relationships rarely do.
