Democracy is rule of people. However, when people do not want to rule and delegate this function to some class of other people, how can we consider such people's will? For example, when people choose monarchy or communist monopoly or even power of terrorists and then most of them fully support the regimes choosen, are these decisions considered democratic or not? And if they are, is that democracy or authocracy?

That is what I mean democracy is the rules of the people then well what are the rules the rules of the peoleice to run by you and not have rules does that give them the right to take things and give it to the public or search the not search the people and yet let them carry guns what is democracy? The 2nd Ammendment id the right to carry a gun then the ammendment the right to not be searched and searchered by the police that democracy you mean. What about all the crime that takes place do you theink that that if fair rules of Democracy do you realy think that that gives anyone human rights? Not me the rights of the people is to have the right for the people to be searched if they are carrying a gun and why miss constitution do you think that democracy is so great do you realy believe if we go through all the facts about each governmnet monarch communism and democracy witch one is the best for the people and what realy is the best governement.It is the Monarchy because democracy is too free and communism is super strick so the monarchy is the best but witch is the worst? Democracy because more people die and are robbeb and murdered and there is more crime and criminals and bad people to be afraid of because there is no governmetn to make them be good to the rest of the people and there is more homeless people because there is no governemt to take care of the them after they get robbed.Communism gives the people homes paied for by the governetm because they work in the union and they make people work in the union and all the money is eveny divied between the people in order that everyone has money and there is no crime because the people all have to work in the union and they have money so no one steel and there is the governeemt watching over the people closley to make sure they are all taken care of and they stop crime and criminals.That is what we need more people that wanted to stop crime and criminals because they are afraid of freedom because thy are too afraid theyl be killed or robbed if the mess up and finding thoes criminals for what ever reason they are criminals and for public protection putting the bad ones behind bars so that there is nothing to fear the people say in the only soviet UNION that they didnt even have to lock their doors art night because the governmetn made sure there was no crime and the people were good to because they told them to be good.They didn have Democracy REAL freedom of speach where they were told to be bad by people that were free to be bad and do crime and the radio taught people to be bad they never heard it like democracy where you hear it every day how to be bad or see a free person being bad if you want to see or hear it or not anf thye grow up to become dangerous criminals and dont think for one minute it is okwy to be a criminla becaise it is NOT.The only geeo people in the world are royals and Will have the knowledge to teach people how to be good and carring and bad people should not be in powerful positions.

Democracy is a dream. Every human being want to live in a democratic society where their rights are guaranted but sometimes people don't really want to participate in their own country decisions and let other people take care of that business.
If there is not a legal acussation about fraud in elections, that means russian people talked and elected their leaders, good or bad ones but they were elected by russian people in a democracy.
