Dmocracy means rule of people, but what if...
Democracy is rule of people. However, when people do not want to rule and delegate this function to some class of other people, how can we consider such people's will? For example, when people choose monarchy or communist monopoly or even power of terrorists and then most of them fully support the regimes choosen, are these decisions considered democratic or not? And if they are, is that democracy or authocracy?

Democracy is a dream. Every human being want to live in a democratic society where their rights are guaranted but sometimes people don't really want to participate in their own country decisions and let other people take care of that business.
If there is not a legal acussation about fraud in elections, that means russian people talked and elected their leaders, good or bad ones but they were elected by russian people in a democracy. |
