Well, to my disappointment Obama won the US Presidential election. What do all you who viset this forum think about all this?
What exactly do I dislike of Obama? First of all, he is not even a real american african, that his dad was Kenyan. So I don't feel he has been apart of the USA long enough to hold such a high spot. There are blacks who have been here for centuries, and if the USA had to have a black President we all would of felt more comfortable if it had been one of them. The whites and blacks who have been here for centuries don't get along well but we know each other well. But Obama no one really knows. On and on could I complain. ![]() Last edited by Jeff M.; 18th November 2008 at 06:32. Reason: misspelled word |

Why don't you ask black Americans what they think first? > http://chopperdanceblog.com/wp-conte.../12/puppet.jpg

At least one Russian I know (in Russia), who works for a living and has been hit by the economic problems, is appalled.
This person's view, and that of some friends of theirs, is that we flinched in the face of the current economic crisis, and jumped the wrong way. They feel we betrayed our own democratic and social principles in electing a man with Obama's stated policies and associates. They blame us for having elected Darth Vader in the guise of Anikin. I can't disagree with any of the above... And I'm imagining Chicago's mayor Daley sitting in a dark room in a hooded robe, laughing evilly and saying "Good... good...!!!" |
