"The former and only president of the Soviet empire Mikhail Gorbachev was been nominated as the leader of the Social Democratic Party of Russia which held its founding congress on Saturday. The governor of the Samara Region Konstantin Titov was nominated as Gorbachev’s right hand and chairman of the new party. Gorbachev the party would support President Putin, though would provide constructive criticism when necessary."

The ideas behind it are good but to carry them out properly involves walking a very thin line. It will be interesting to follow this story.
