Hi, I'm from America, and I need help from a Russian native. I'm writing a report for a math class about the history and useage of Russian mathematics, but I'm having a hard time finding stuff on the internet and in books, so I was wondering if anyone could help me out?
I just need to know some stuff about how the Russian mathematic system originated and how it's used today. If you know some stuff and could share it with me, I would be eternally happy, and if anyone knows some educational websites, you could share them with me if you wanted to. And, if the sites are in Russian, it's okay because I know of several web translators, and I'll be all right with it. So please, if you can, help me out! |

Lobachevsky and Minkovski
Please, have a look at my website...
http://members.russia.com/Marinus/ There you will find a short biography of 2 famous Russian mathematicians. For more details use a search engine and type their names. By the way... my "Russian" email address does not exist any longer. Nowadays my email address is: m.heijtveldt@planet.nl Best wishes! Marinus |
