I am doing a paper on russia need some input

I need to know what has happen to Russia since the fall of the USSR.

Have there been big changes?

Is it any better then when the Soviet Union was in power?

Has the government gotten any better of supplying food and supplies for economic growth?

What type of government is in power?

Is there a threat for it to be overthrown?

To people the have lived during the cold war I want to know your option if Russia has changed and how?

Several of your questions are very basic. The answers could be found through a very basic search in any major internet search engine.

As for the more in-depth questions, I would urge you to read the posts on the History, Russian Politics, Business, Current Events, and even the Chechen War boards. There have been years of discussions with questions and reactions on the subjects you posted. I feel that if you take the time to read them, you would have a somewhat unique insight into the issues you mentioned.

I would say that if you wrote about how there are statues of Lenin and Stalin everywhere and that they have underground cults that believe they are still alive, you will do just fine!
