And the Russians were the first saying he was humiliating the Americans when he was evading capture.

Well done, Stealth doesn't make the plane invisible. It makes it invisible to RADAR, if it is seen a Stinger could be used to take it down.
It's nothing special that it was taken down. The F-15 has still never had a loss to enemy actions. And it's seen plenty of combat.

Question Why do you look for excuses

R U saying it wasn't tracked by radar and shot down by a misslie(may be SA-300) but by someone who saw it with the naked I and shot it with some sort of a portable shoulder launched missle??

Well it's not hard to see a plane, do you think the Stealth is invisible to the naked eye? The Stealth is actually not invisible to radar either, its signature is much weaker meaning it is picked up but it does not look like a plane on the RADAR screen.
If it was picked up on RADAR maybe the people had some sense and went to investigate and saw it. Then shot it down.
Or they saw it in the sky, and shot it down with a portable surface to air missile.

Still, no F-15 has ever been lost to enemy actions.

Stealth planes are quite visible for long-wave radars like old soviet ones. And Yugoslavia had enough of this stuff, since majority of their air-defense systems were designed in 60s. BTW, I heard that F117 were shot by Mig (21/29 - I don't remember). Probably they have seen stealth by old long-wave radar and sent interceptor that made visual contact and downed the bird.

As for F-15, US have too little tough enemies to lost many planes.

It's not only America that use F-15s though Alex. Every country that uses F-15s has never lost one, and the first aircraft a F-15 ever shot down was a F-4 Phantom (Isreali F-15, Iranian F-4).

I never did say the F-117 was invisible.
