This is possibly a shot in the dark but does anyone have technical knowledge of the use of Ultrasonic metering of natural gas? I am told the concept and alpha-beta testing originated in Europe. Instromet is the type meter I refer to, also Daniels. Specifically I need information reguarding the use of Ultrasonic meters and the effects of pulsation on those meters.

Metering?

I waited several days for an expert to give this question due consideration,None have appeared ..so in leu of an expert i shall try to answer your question by asking a new question. What do you want to know for? There is no need to meter gas.it goes in at one end of the line and comes out the other with small loss. (excluding a leak ).Just remember what you inserted into the line and get on the phone and call the man at the other end and say ,,Hey Joe..it will be there when it gets there,,and when it stops ,That is all the gas i am sending you untill further notice..Watch out for that pig comeing ahead of the gas...I have the pumps running wide open,,<>
