i'm delighted in meeting you.(little nervous because you seem do not come these day.<br>my question is,<p> what university is the best in russia and second and third, etc? i'm asking quality of engineering and mathematis tutorial as majors. i know russia was a powerful contry in science and technology in the previous time. but i'm dubtful about that these day. so could you explain what ranking will be marked if russia's the best university(engineering and mathematics major) be incloud among the USA's universities? and what USA's university will be parallel to the russia's best university(engineering and mathematics major)? i'm ready to learn electronics and mathematics (plus computer science may be) extremely hard and i'm realizing needs of qualified tutorials. any comment will be appreciated.<p> i'm afraid many qualified russia professors moved in US and other countries and are moving in. will it be worthy to learn in russia in these circumstances?(i'm not criticizing but really asking because i really don't know) i'm not asking reputations of universities but pratical qualified tutorial and potencial. thanks in advance.
