India has a very large population,
Russia is using this as a buffer, by supplying them with all this hardware, if something serious broke out. Russia can depend on India's enormous population to back them if there was a war or something.

No my friend....i would rather say that Russia needs the money from the sales of their defense products....

Russia is not the only military defense supplier on this earth, U.S. does sell its defense products on international markets....

I hope this explanation helps

true security

Comrades, strategic cooperation between the natioons of Eurasia is a response to the global economic collapse engineered by the members of the True Transatlantic Axis of Evil from London to New York City,USA. Military cooperation is only a part of the strategy of the global "Survivors' Club". The truly significant projects undertaken by sovereign nations are water, power, and transportation infrastructure development and the beneficial influences they will produce on agriculture and industry for all participating nation-states. THIS is the way to fight terrorism, by improving the lot of all peoples using the powers of the human mind. If Americans are wise, they will put this counterproductive bombing mania behind them and work together with our Eurasian brothers on these noble endeavors instead.T.

John,
Why does US wants to sell arms to India? Even they want money right. Everyone wants money for their technology they develop. India was dependent on Russia since decades, so it is continuing buying arms from Russia.

India asked for it....US will probably reject the offer due to the sanctions (eventhough most have already taken away)

Exclamation Russian teacher available in Bangalore

After an exhaustive search i have found a person who teaches Russian in Bangalore.

Her name is Mrs. Kala Thakur. She resides in Malleswaram and her telephone number is: +91 - 80 - 3344359.

Though i have personally never met her it is on the recommendation of a certain Mrs. Pavlovna that i believe she is worth looking at.
