T. I find the idea most intruiging. After all, no shortage of discussion in the scientific circles regarding the eventual colonization of space, ie, Mars, Moon, space stations. Why not start with the caps and under the sea? Colonization with training wheels, since salvation from disaster means only several hundred miles by sea, rather several hundred thousand miles thru space. Did you hear of any serious plans for this or are you simply cruising solo?
