I know steroids are being sold here in USA, but not legally! In one of your previous posts you put steroids and creatine in same category. When creatine is sold legally. You said that obviously they don't train often enough, how do you know that? I don't think you do unless you spend your day in the gym all day long, every day.
If creatine is banned in your country, then its just your country and it does not mean its harmful. If creatine is banned in your country, i bet protein shakes are illegal too. see, creatine is 100% natural and occurs naturally in many foods. Yes, that steak at Smolenky's has some creatine, so does foods such as beef, tuna, salmon, herring etc... Also, your body makes creatine naturally. And yea, I’ve used creatine. |

Ok frenchy..Its alright!
I believe in Nationalism also..not war with other people of other countries..But not smear us all together and makeus all the same like the UN wants..(OR WHOEVER THOSE GUYS ARE) If we was all the same..It would be a very dull world..We are all diffrent and i like to look around the world and see how diffrent we are..Look at our pal Rikbe,he is a Belgian..Boy is he ever diffrent>ha ha
.I think we will get along fine Frenchy..But the French has a reputation of being hard to get along with ,you know? They dont like hanging out with the NATO boys,,I remember the thing in Algeria going on.I was in Vietnam and kept up on shortwave..it was a mess i remember..Knew some French Foreign Legioners in Vietnam who stayed there,,Interesting guys to talk to..I remember them saying that the Vietnam folks were more nationalist than communist..Well..that is over with now..I use to wonder if they put steriods in Army food over there..There is a drug for everything these days..But I always wondered if Pounce de leon had found the fountain of youth down in Florida ,How much it would be a quart? Id buy a bigole jug of that!

BenCA,
To finish with that subject, About that product I've apparently mistaken for steroids, I'm gonna take a closer look and tell you exactly what it is. About creatine, it is banned in France as are all kinds of energy products such as protein and energy drinks and that may be excessive. When the ban came two or three years ago, the media reported that several French internationals playing in Italy (Zidane, Deschamps, Thuram and others) had been using creatine in their clubs, which they readily admitted to, stating that everybody was using it. They never had to answer to a judge. Finally, in a book I have about nutrition for sports, the author (french), while otherwise firmly opposed to drugs in sports, dedicates a small section to the benefits of a creatine treatment (gains in speed and strength), advising in favour of such a diet to supplement the limited stocks contained in muscles, given that sportsmen can't eat a lot of meat, and saying that the french legislation is based on obsolete information as creatine has been proven to be "completely innocuous". So, you're probably right. |

In spite of all odds and tremendous pressure from stinking "free" press Egorova has done it again!!!!!!!
Her win in Berlin this weekend was a fifth victory in the Golden League events. She was very happy with her piece of gold (share of $500,000). Cheers to Egorova! |
