I was offered $100/month too - but for my office, I can justify that in Moscow! I heard bad stories about slow speeds about satellite links :-( Moscow cable tv company Kosmos-TV says it will offer digital internet connection to all homes in Moscow by end of 2001 at low prices - so I'm going to wait for this :-) Dr W.
