ACCOMMODATION FROM OWNER AVAILABLE IN MOSCOW, RUSSIA
A comfortable furnished 20-m2 room in a two-room
flat (in the multistoried block of flats) with all modern
conveniences in an ecologically clean quiet district
(bedroom community) in the north-east of the capital of
Russia – Moscow, is for a long-term (preferable) or
short-term rent. Fridge, washing machine, telephone,
TV-set, video-recorder, DVD-player,
radio-cassette-CD-player, satellite TV, microwave, fast
internet – every facility is available. Metro station
(Altufievo) is 7-10 minutes to go on foot from my place. The
very centre of the city is 20 minutes by car or 25-30 by
metro. Lianozovsky park is about 15 minutes to walk. The
prospective rental payment from 1 person is 600euro per
month. (negotiable) The down side is that you'll share space with the
landlady (me), on the other hand some hostess’s help about
the room is possible for some extra charge: cleaning,
washing, dusting, ironing, cooking. I also can provide
some help with children as I love kids very much! I do
have much experience with kids and all my life I have been
spending most of the time with kids: at present I am
working at school teaching English and Russian languages,
besides I have been giving my private lessons for 10 years
already. And in summer I work in children's camps, for
example in July I had a great time with children of
different ages at the Black Sea in a camp and it was very
exciting! I have a higher education, besides I was
studying in the institute of foreign languages and I also
finished a musical school so I am not bad in playing the
piano and besides I can play the guitar a little. A piano
and a guitar are also available for you. Well.. I hope you
