Central Moscow apartment from owner, computer/internet/serviced/$120/night

My apartment is available Dec. 12-25 and then almost any time after Dec. 30. Sleeps 2 comfortably but can accommodate 3-4, huge windows with a view onto the canal, 10-15 min. from Red Square, 24hr shopping.. Computer with Internet access, printer, and scanner. Quality land line. Local cell phone available to guests. Made service 3-4 times/week or as required. Questions welcomed. Visa support, airport pickup, and anything else ot make your Moscow visit smooth and productive.

The rate is $120/night, $100/night if you are staying for a week or over, free Internet, long-distance at cost, no other fees or charges for the apartment. Monthly rent possible for about $2200. The rate assumes 1-2 persons, a bit extra for 3-4.

Details are at Moscow apartment for rent from owner

Availability dates are at Availability dates as of

More interesting accommodation offers, especially for adventure/authenticity/low budget travellers, at my www.cheap-mosccow.com There are real offers of $15/night accommodation!!

If you are tired of Moscow prices, noise, and bad air, consider my dacha near Staritsa, Tver region. $30 will cover all the basics. Accommodation is "Russian rural" standard, somewhat improved. Picturesque terrain, hills over the Volga river, and what's best four gentle home-raised horses are available for you to ride. Details are at Horseback rides and trips in Russia, Tver region

Any questions, concerns, ideas, special needs? Please write.

Paul is a great guy and I highly recommend dealing with him if you are going to Moscow. Who else will have a pet rat in his apartment? I'm not sure if he will rent you his dog any more though. If you are heading to Moscow for the first time, you MUST have a man like Paul as a local contact.

Unhappy Lunch-the-rat is no longer with us

With great regreat I inform you that Lunch-the-rat passed away in September last year. He was burried by the pond at my dacha in Dubrovki. I'll try to attach the photo of his grave.

You have our condolences for then passing of Lunch. Do you still rent your dog to visiting foreigners? Nothing is more of a babe magnet than walking a cute dog through a Moscow park.

The end of Busik and other animal news

This hyperactive ferret of a dog was run over by a car a couple of years ago. I don't know where one is to go to to pay hommage to his remains. Glasha, from what I hear, is still around. For details contact Olesya ( Errands in Moscow, Russia ). The only beasts I can offer are horses (see Horseback rides and trips in Russia, Tver region in English, or more up-to-date Конные прогулки и походы, г. Старица in Russian). Same names and faces: Romashka (Camomile/Nelly), Surprise, and Moonie. And the little Lyagushka can now carry a real light and easy rider...

Pasha,

Some fans of yours on another forum have decided to get you a Christmas present to replace your dog. Here is the link to that discussion. Apparently you have many fans out there.
