Hello

I am in Russia, but my visa expires next month. Is it possible to get a Russian visa in Ukraine?

I don't want to have to return to the US, just to get another Russian visa, it would be much more convenient if I could just got to a nearby country like Ukraine (you can't renew visa inside Russia). My African/British friend said he was going to Tallinn (Estonia?) to get another visa, but I have to go to Simferopol soon anyway, and it would be nice to kill two birds with one stone. What would really be great is if I could get the visa without leaving Simferopol, without having to go to and stay in Kiev.
